Hope for the Journey Conference

June 7 @ 3:00 pm - June 8 @ 3:30 pm

$25 – $40

Hope for the Journey is a two-day conference, hosted by Coyote Hill Foster Care Ministries and Show Hope. This conference is a blend of simulcast large group sessions and workshops. There will be so many resources to learn more about trauma-informed childcare techniques, sensory needs, and more.

This year, Hope for the Journey will be hosted in Columbia on June 7-8.

The main session speakers are Cody Cox, TBRI® Practitioner, and Barb Clark, Training Director from Families Rising. Cody will share an Introduction to Trust-Based Relational Intervention®. Barb will share “The Big Three: Lying, Stealing, and Raging.” We will also have simulcast sessions on Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting Principles.

If you are a parent, caregiver, teacher, pastor, social worker, or anyone who works with children who have experienced trauma, this conference will provide valuable encouragement and information for you.

As more and more families have responded to meeting the needs of vulnerable children by adopting and providing foster care, the demand for practical and proven resources and tools continues to grow. The Hope for the Journey Conference will help meet these needs and provide resources to help serve children well.

Continuing Education Units are available for foster parents, teachers and professionals!
