It’s All About Perspective is the first installment of a brand new four-part webinar series called The Empowered CASA. Lisa Drake, life coach and former Executive Director of CASA of DuPage County, will share mindset concepts and tools, as well as insight from the coaching sessions she’s had with CASAs and staff. Staying neutral, increasing awareness and uncovering unconscious beliefs around your CASA work will help you continue being as unbiased and objective as possible, as well as help improve overall mental and emotional wellness throughout often long and drawn out case assignments.

The Empowered CASA Webinar Series is a 4 part mindset training web series for CASA staff and Advocates. It’s designed to help increase self-awareness and teach self-care tools and concepts. When learned and practiced, Advocates and staff become more empowered and have tools to better manage the mental and emotional challenges of the work they do in the child welfare world.
