Community Training: Maintaining Connections for Older Youth

The Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition is hosting this virtual training. The child welfare team traditionally focuses on the immediate needs of youth and not the lifelong connections that are so important throughout life. This training will assist resource parents and child welfare team members in understanding the need of having key people in the lives of youth to support them with everyday issues every person faces as they get older. Obtain concrete tips on how to best support youth so they can be successful and reach their full potential.
