2022 CASA/GAL Volunteer’s Day Celebration

FreeOn June 6, the National CASA/GAL Association for Children will again partner with Unbelievably Resilient (formerly FosterStrong) to host our 2nd annual CASA/GAL Volunteer’s Day celebration. The CASA/GAL Volunteer’s Day celebration event provides an opportunity to honor and thank CASA/GAL volunteers who work hard to ensure children and youth in the foster care system have their voices heard every day. The event also offers a chance to elevate the voices of youth with lived experience who benefitted from having a CASA/GAL volunteer advocate.
This year, the event will occur in the context of the National CASA/GAL Annual Conference being held from June 4-7 in Seattle. Planned as a 30-minute hybrid event on June 6 from 6:00-6:30pm CT, with a blend of live and pre-recorded speakers, as well as in-person and virtual audience members, it will be livestreamed from the plenary meeting room.
We invite all volunteers, Board members, national, state and local program staff, partners, donors and friends of the CASA/GAL movement are invited to join us in celebration!
